How Klips guides and comparisons are reviewed
Klips publishes guides for screenshot tasks and comparisons for people choosing a Windows tool. This page explains the limits and sources behind that content.
Who publishes these pages.
The content is published by the Klips project. Aqueduct is the public publisher brand. A comparison that mentions Klips is affiliated with the product, not an independent review. Legal publisher identification is separate from that brand and is described on the publisher-information page.
Official sources before feature claims.
For Windows instructions we use Microsoft and browser-vendor documentation. For other screenshot applications we use the relevant publisher and project documentation. A source link establishes what that vendor documents; it does not prove that we tested every feature on every version, device or display.
Documented behavior and testing are different.
We identify vendor-documented capabilities, release status and known conditions. Where a workflow depends on Windows version, hardware, installed OCR languages, a browser, or the source application, the article should say so. We do not publish invented benchmark timings, user counts or customer quotations.
How comparisons are organized.
Comparisons start with the task: a quick screenshot, repeated annotation, OCR, long-page capture, image presentation or publishing. Tables describe the relevant capabilities and tradeoffs. A mature free tool can be a better choice than an unreleased product. Our pages link to available alternatives and disclose that the first public Klips Windows release is still in preparation.
Updates and corrections.
Articles show publication or review dates. A material correction to instructions, comparison claims or sources should change the visible review date and sitemap lastmod. A site build by itself does not mean every article was re-tested. If you find an incorrect step, send the page URL, Windows or app version and a short description to support.
Images, brands and purchases.
The interactive editor on the homepage is an illustration of Klips workflows. A social-sharing card is a page preview, not proof of a feature test. Other product names remain the names of their respective owners. No endorsement is implied. Planned pricing is not an active offer, and purchase terms depend on the seller and release channel.
