Withdrawal from a purchase
Paid orders are not open. This page is a draft of the route that must be available for purchases with an applicable withdrawal right.
When the right applies.
The existence and period of withdrawal depend on the purchase, buyer and applicable law. For digital content, any loss of the right must satisfy relevant conditions, including specific prior consent, acknowledgement, confirmation and actual commencement where required.
A working online action.
For covered EU online contracts, applicable 2026 requirements include an accessible withdrawal function during the relevant period. The final sales system must let the buyer identify the contract, confirm the request and receive an acknowledgement on a durable medium, including the submitted content and timing.
A page is not a submitted request.
This draft has no active withdrawal form and cannot acknowledge or process an order. Before checkout opens, the route must connect to the real seller's process, with an alternative contact and a link in the receipt.
A separate remedy.
Withdrawal is different from a voluntary refund guarantee and from remedies for faulty digital content. A request must be directed to the appropriate process without obscuring the applicable right.
